Fantastic Day of Fishing!

Our guide was excellent. He took us to a beautiful stretch of river and advised us on how to catch the fish. While everyone around us was having little to no luck, we were catching fish of all sizes every few casts. Thoroughly enjoyed the half-day trip and highly recommended it to anyone. Fantastic day of fishing!

Booking Policies & What to Bring

$25 FUEL SURCHARGE FOR TRIPS IN GATLINBURG, PIGEON FORGE, AND THE GREAT SMOKIES

One of our client’s favorite places for walk and wade trips, especially for those in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Smokies offer some of the best wild trout fishing in the United States, and a wade trip there is a fun and unique outing for the whole family. Please note, that due to the guides’ travel distance, we must apply a $25 fuel surcharge for trips in the Smokies. Thanks for understanding!

What to Bring:

  • Weather-appropriate clothing. This region is considered a temperate rainforest, so bring a rain jacket in case it showers while you’re fishing.
  • Lunch or your preferred snacks (guides will provide water, soft drinks, and light snacks; lunch is provided for full-day trips and can be ordered from local businesses).
  • A hat or cap.
  • Polarized sunglasses for seeing fish and rocks (even inexpensive ones are great).
  • A fishing license.
  • Cash to tip your guide.
  • Excitement for a fun day!
